On iOS, the language of the Google voice search is changing
- Open the App and tap the top left of the Gear Icon.
- Tap on "voice search".
- Scroll down and highlight the desired language.
- In the top right then tap "Done

- Tap the button in the App on your menu.
- Select "settings" and then tap "language".
- At the very top, you go to language and select your desired language in the list.
You can use the Google Maps App, you can use the GPS App the voice output to change.
