To remove the Simlock of your devices with AT&T contracts, follow the instructions. Further assistance to the data to be entered in the photo gallery.
  1. Go to the Device Unlock from AT&T.
  2. Read the rules: Postpaid contracts must run for at least 60 days, Prepaid contracts must run for at least 6 months or have expired.
  3. You confirm with a checkbox "I have read and agree to the eligibility requirements to unlock my device". With a click on "Continue" to continue.
  4. On the following page for your information. Important is the "Customer Type", "Wireless Number", IMEI number and your E-Mail address.
  5. Enter the Captcha and confirm with a click on "Submit".
  6. Your Request Number is displayed. This will be sent to you via E-Mail.
  7. AT&T matches the data you have entered with your customer list. Within a few days you will receive consistent data for the "Unlock Code" via E-Mail.
  8. The Status of your request here stating your IMEI and Request Number on the check.
  9. You have received the Unlock Code, insert a SIM card from AT&T, and enter the Unlock Code.
  10. The Simlock has been removed.
