Returning at Zalando – so it goes
At Zalando, you have a 100-day right of return. During this time, you can send your order at any time:
- To do this, you will get for each order, a return ticket. Find this and get it ready.
- They pack the goods properly in a package and seal it well.
- Fill in the return form with your data.
- Then stick the return label on the package.
- Return the package to the next, Hermes - or DHL-store - no shipping costs for you.
- You will receive an E-Mail, once the package has arrived at Zalando. Everything else, the Online retailer will take care of itself.
