- To terminate your Account at Zalando and completely clear, requires the Online retailer a notice of termination via e-Mail.
- Open our Zalando-notice template and copy the Text into an Email. The notice should be made of the e-mail address you are registered at Zalando.

- Within 48 hours you will normally receive a confirmation by Zalando via email.
