How to calculate Weight Watchers points
- You only need to add the calories of the product with 0,0165 and the fat content with 0.11 multiply both values and then to each other. Then you get the points value of the food on 100g seen.
- As an example, we take an Egg. This has 100g for about 154 calories. The fat content is 11.2 g.
- Calculate the total value of the above formula. You should get about a 3.8 out.
- This means that one Egg to 100g of 3.8, rounded so rather of 4, Weight Watchers points.
