Technician health insurance: insurance card lost - what to do?
The loss of your insurance card you can report the TK, either online or over the phone. You will then be sent within a few days, a new card and the old card will be blocked. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Online: Order your card online blocked and a new card to apply for, you have to be for the Online Service "My PBX" to be registered. After that, you can here apply for a new card.
- By telephone: The PBX Service is available around the clock and in Germany toll free number 0800 285 85 85 distance. Keep your insurance number. If you can't find the number, you can also identify yourself with your name and your date of birth.
