Thunderbird: block sender - how to

You will receive from a specific sender of Spam messages, you can block the E-Mail address in Thunderbird. We will show you how to do this.

Sender addresses in Thunderbird to block

  1. Open it in Thunderbird, an E-Mail whose sender you want to block.
  2. Then click with the right mouse button on the sender's address and select the entry "Filter from the create new...".
  3. In the new window, you give the Filter a name and choose in the section "actions" for the command "Delete message".
  4. Click on "Ok" will be deleted from now on, all messages from the sender automatically.
  5. Tip: if you Want to have multiple E-Mail addresses, lock, add to open the Filter settings via "tools" > "filters" and add on the Plus icon in the additional sender.
