Guest access with the Speedport Router
- By default, you will receive as a Telekom customer, a current speed port Router.
- In contrast to a Fritz!Box not can make a guest access directly.
- However, you can switch over to the Telecom function "Telekom fon" (or "WLAN TO GO") of your speedport Router as a General-purpose Hotspot. This can then log in also your guests without the input of the password in your Wi-Fi network.
- However, the entry of the Telekom E-Mail address (...@t-online.de) is for the Login with the corresponding password requirement. Your guests will therefore need to be self-Telekom-customers, or at least an E-Mail address at the Telekom offer. Other guests can not use the Hotspot. It can log up to six guests at a time.
- As a Telekom customer, this feature is enabled by default. Your guests then use simply the access point "WLAN TO GO".
- If this function itself is disabled , you can use this at any time via the Telekom customer center activate.
