The constant lies and lack of service. Ive calles 4 times now to get my new rented router activated, i was told 1 hour and its been 4 now with no change. I dont have internet and havent had working internet for weeks now hence the new router. They take out contracts with english speakers but refuse to speak English on calls. Ive had people pretend they dont speak English until I tell them Im Irish, not english, then all of a sudden theyre fluent. Its insulting and embarrassing as a company to discriminate based off language. Dont take English customers on if you wont help them.
