Telecom: mobile phone contract-quickly and easily terminate
- You have your mobile contract with T-Mobile after 1. October 2016 completed, you can terminate the contract according to the law, also by e-Mail. The process is much easier and faster.
- Send a Mail to the customer service of T-Mobile. You really ask for a confirmation of your cancellation, otherwise the cancellation will not be effective. To the term of the contract and the indication of the telephone number, you need to take note of, nothing more.

Your contract to end, you need to have your cancellation in writing by Post or Fax to submit. Please also take note of their notice period. The Letter you can either create yourself, or, as in this guide online generate:
- Open the following Link to the cancellation form.
- Enter your address details, a brief statement of the reasons for the termination of your customer number and mobile phone number and a phone number where you can be reached for questions.
- Then click on the Button "cancel write", it will be downloaded. Alternatively, you can use the cancellation template that it is in CHIP free to Download there.
- Print the document and sign it. Depending on the type of contract has to be sent to a different address. These are as follows:
