Steam: Support Ticket - how to
- Open first the German Support page of Steam.
- Click on the Button "Steam login", if you are not yet logged in.
- Now select a category that fits your Problem. To choose, among other things, games, purchases, the Steam Client or your Account.
- Specify your request further, you will receive a General help to your Problem.
- Tip: Look also under the category of "frequently asked questions". Here are more approaches to hide.
- If you cannot help, click on the Button below "Steam-contact Support".
- Now you can describe your Problem as close as possible but carefully. On request, you can plug in a Screenshot in the attachment.
- On the "submit" Button is created in your Support Ticket.
- In General, you should receive within 24 hours a response. In some cases, it may take a little longer.
