SopCast - legal or not?
- When Sopcast is a Peer-to-Peer TV service. Peer-to-Peer means that only downloading the Stream to Watch, but at the same time to upload and thus distribute.
- The exclusive Stream is legally in a grey area, but so far have not been punished. Since you upload the content, however, you are committing a copyright infringement. In the worst case, you will receive a warning from the holder of the right. This can be expensive.
- Therefore, we do not recommend that you use SopCast urgently. You don't want to pay for the TV enjoyment, we will advise you of the classic Live-Streams. The operator makes, although punishable by law, you remain legally on the safe side.
