Return for Unitymedia: So you send back the equipment
- Fill in the return form for your Region and download it: NRW Region, Region Hessen and Baden-Württemberg Region.
- You have completed the form and printed out, disconnect it from the delivery receipt - this is for your records. The return label then stick on the package.
- You pack the device in the package and seal it properly.
- Give you the package at the Post office (DHL). There are no costs involved for you.
- After about one to two weeks you will receive a confirmation by Mail of Unitymedia.
