Postbank Online Banking explained simply
- Open the site of the Postbank Online banking, and log in with your data.
- For this purpose, users need to either name and password or account number and PIN. The PIN is not need in this case, the PIN which you have a credit card, but your Online Banking PIN.
- You have logged in, you will see at the top right of a Countdown. This is one after each click on the site, eight minutes down. You are at this time not active, you will be logged out automatically. In order to even log out, click the top right Button "Finish".
- Furthermore, you can see at the top of the menu bar, the points account overview, transactions, task lists, Service, message box and settings. These are explained in the following sections.

Accounts overview
- In the accounts overview you have an Overview of all your accounts. So, you can view your current account balances and recent transactions.
- On the right side, you can make a Bank Transfer or a standing order (see image).

Sales
- In sales, you can find all the account movements of the last 10 to 100 days. The period that showed a change, slide the relevant Slider to the right.
- You scroll down, you can download the transactions as a PDF, CSV, or XML file. There is a Link, which takes you to your account statements is also located.
- In addition to some of the Transfers you see on the right hand side for more setting options - for example, a direct debit or a Bank Transfer, again make.
Order lists
- Under the task lists you can find all your saved Transfers, duration, and saving jobs.
- This allows you to create also new.
Service
- In the Service menu, you will find answers to almost all your questions. This is not the case, you there are various contact options available.
- In addition, they may agree among other things, appointments, orders, and forms to download and process your contact data.
Message box
- In the message box, you will find all your account statements and messages of the Postbank. This can be seen here and download for free.
- You don't have to read a statement of account within the period of three months online, will be sent to you by Post. The postage must, however, pay you.
Settings
- In the settings you will find numerous configuration possibilities to your account.
- Among other things, Limits on withdrawals can be reset and new PIN numbers to request.
