PayPal-authentication: SMS is not
With the 2-factor authentication of PayPal, you do not have to enter your E-Mail address and your password but also a six-digit Code that is sent to you via SMS. If no SMS arrives, you need to push in the right direction:
- First try the Option "SMS resend" on the PayPal website. Under the circumstances, there is in your wireless network currently there are delays or disorders.
- The SMS should not arrive after five minutes, the key is no longer valid. You need to wait for period of time but not necessarily.
- After that, press on the Button "Without the security key to login" (see Screenshot).
- Do not select "I have my mobile phone or my security key just".
- Then, you need to answer your two security questions. If the answers are correct you will be redirected directly into your account.
