Company pension apply to the employer
The company pension you can apply for, once you receive the final decision by the German pension insurance scheme in respect of your pension.
- This decision you must submit as soon as possible in the personnel office of your employer. There, the request for the operation is recorded pension then.
- Your employer will then forward the application together with the relevant documents. That's why you don't have to take care of themselves.
- The same is not true when they have to work longer in to your employer.

What documents are necessary
As described in the first section, you can apply for your pension until you have received your Pension from the German pension insurance.
- In addition to the application for the pension, you will need the Appendix to the pension application. This is a form for the insurance company.
- In any case, you must submit the retirement notice of the statutory pension insurance with all the facilities. The Original should remain with you and a copy to pass on.
- In addition, you must submit the deregistration of the compulsory insurance. It is a contributory compulsory insurance, this is not required.
- You should note that the cancellation can be done at the earliest at the end of the month in which you retire from the employment relationship.
