So, the return works out at MyToys
- Within 14 days you can send back the goods. You can cancel, without stating reasons, the contract is quite simple.
- For returns from Germany, you can use the enclosed Return form. The shipment transferred to a Hermes-Messenger or at a Hermes store. The return shipment is free of charge for you.
- Should you not have the Return form anymore, with the shipment a copy of the invoice. A return label you can get in the Hermes parcel shop. The return is also here for you free of charge.

- A defective article, you can also send to Umtusch at MyToys. For Troubleshooting, the sending of a replacement part. For this, contact the customer service apart.
