M-net customer service: contact information and Hotline

Of course, you can go to in case of problems with M-net, always in their Shops. Should, however, be no Filialle in the vicinity, you can reach the Internet service provider through other means:

1. Go to the contact web page of M-net. From there you can select, whether you are already a customer, a different set of requirements, or even no contract have. Then click on "Next".
2. Now you choose the category that fits your concerns best. You have made all of the information, a phone number where you can reach the provider. The Support already knows roughly about your Problem to know.
3. Alternatively, you can also have M-net call. Click on the contact website under "We will call you back" on the Button "appointment selection".
4. Then, specify the nature of your request and you choose a time that Mnet you to call. Finally, enter in your details and wait for the call.
5. You want to order a M-net product, you can reach the Support by phone 0800 70 80 878 (for residential customers) and 0800 18 08 888 (for business customers). For other Support requests will not be processed this however.
