Mailing list in Excel create
A clear mailing list should you create in the form of a table. This is MS Excel or equivalent Freeware.
- In the following example, we restrict ourselves to the last name, first name, place of residence, institution and E-Mail address.
- Create a table holding information for each contact. To do this, write in the fields A1 last name B1 first name, C1, "place of residence", D1, "Institute", and F1 "E-Mail". Important: Leave the fields E1 and G1.
- In the second line, enter your first contact. In the example, John DOE ends up first in the mailing list. You can wear in the fields A2: "DOE", B2, "Max", C2, "Berlin", D2 "Uni" and F2 "Max.Mustermann@uni.de".
- Enter in the empty field E2 "" (without the quotation marks). The angle brackets define the E-Mail address. Without it, some mail programs do not recognize the E-Mail address.
- Repeat points 3 and 4 to add more contacts to the underlying rows to create.

Depending on which Mail program you use, you can use more or less information from the table. If your E-Mails via Outlook to send, you should only have the columns with first name and last name and E-Mail-address copy and distribution field.
- Select all the columns, whose information will not end up in Outlook: To do this, select in the example table, the columns C and D.
- Click the columns with the right mouse button on the highlighted and select "Hide".
- You can then mark all the remaining fields, copy, and into the distribution box, paste in Outlook.

Mailing list to Web-Mailer insert
Each E-Mail provider has a Web-Mailer. These differ in their scope of function: Many recognize only E-Mail addresses. But there are exceptions:
- Gmail white with contact lists deal: anyone Who E-Mails via Gmail sent all of the information from the mailing list in copy, and to the distribution panel insert. Gmail is the contact info of the series and coupled to the respective E-Mail address.
- GMX and Web.de are easier to knit: Copy only the list with the E-Mail addresses and add them to the distribution box. The rest of the information would be to attach the Web-Mailer to the address. From the example address, therefore, "MustermannMaxBerlinUniMax@Mustermann.de would".
