Google Maps on Joompla-website.
Thanks to the free Plugins "Phoca Maps Component" if you have Google Maps on your Joomla website.
- Install the Plugin with the extension Manager, under "extensions" in Joomla.
- Go to "components" and "Phoca Maps". There, select "Maps" and then on the top left of the Button "new". Here you can make settings for the new card.
- For example, you can specify the coordinates on which the map is centered to.
- You are finished, click the "Save" Button. Your settings are accepted thereby.
- So you can call up the map, you need to add a menu item. To do this, go under "menu" and "Main Menu" to "New menu item".
- Under "menu type", select the "Select" Button. Are you looking for in the list of "Phoca Maps" and then under "Map View".
- Before Saving, you need to select under "Select Map" the previously created map. Afterwards, click Save".
