So you delete your Jappy profile
To delete the Jappy profile completely, you will need to log in to Jappy. Then proceed as follows:
- Click in the top right of your profile and then on "settings".
- On the right edge you will find the Overview as shown in the Screenshot. Click in the area of "privacy" on the "profile permanently delete".
- It is a pop-up opens, in which Jappy asks if you want to delete your profile really irrevocable. Click on "Ok".
- Then, Jappy indicates that your profile can not be restored. If you want to, click on "Next".
- Now enter your date of birth, the active access password, as well as the reason for your cancellation. Finally, select "delete from start".
