- Open the iCloud website and click on the Link below "ID or forgot your password?".
- It opens a new page. Type in there first, your Apple ID and click "Continue".
- In this step, select the Option "email authentication", you will receive a message to your registered e-Mail address with a Link. Open the URL, you can set a new password for your iCloud account.
- If you choose to answer, instead, the Option of "security questions", you must first enter your date of birth. Answer you then you have established security questions, you can also change your password.
