What is Javascript?
- Javascript is used to run the smallest program processes on your PC. This function should be enabled in your Browser by default.
- A Standard Website consists of an HTML core. Sites will be expanded to include the Javascript you can use dynamic content on these, for example, animations.
- So you can shop on the Websites of only certain parts of it downstream. Especially Online stores no longer get by without this technology. For this reason alone, you should enable the Javascript. But also, in order for other Web content is displayed correctly and function as they should.
Google Chrome: enable Javascript
- Click the top right of the Browser on the menu Button.

- Click in the top right of the Browser on the Gear icon.
- From there you can select in the menu the "Internet options".
- Click at the top of the window, click the "security" tab, and then click on the Button "custom level".
- You can now scroll the list down until you have reached the point of "scripting". You sit here with the two points "Active scripting" and "scripting of Java Applets" the Option "Enable" (see image).
- Then click the "OK" Button and again on "OK".

Firefox: enable Javascript
- Click the top left of the screen, click the "Firefox"button.
- On the right side you will see the "settings", select this.
- Under the "content" tab, you can find the item "enable Javascript".
