Choose Google in the Internet Explorer as their default search engine
Start IE 9. To access the settings via the gear icon in the top right.
- Select in the menu the "Internet options".
- In the next window, you will find under the tab "General" and "search". Here you need to make the Changes. Click on "settings".
- Now you will be shown all the available search engines. Select "Google". With a click on "set As default" you have set your default search engine.

Other search engines listed that you don't want to use, you can select them and click "Remove" to delete it.
