Google Maps: activate 3D view - so it goes

The satellite images of Google Earth, you can also use Google Maps - including a 3D-view of the retrieved map. Especially in large cities, you get impressive shots to see. This is how it works:

1. Call Google Maps in the Browser on.
2. If you are in the map view, you will need to change the view to "satellite" on the square on the left below.
3. On the right side you will find the Button "3D" that you can use the 3D view to activate.
4. Zoom in with the scroll wheel of the mouse or the Buttons in the control panel. Now you can see the elevations and building in 3D.
