Google Home reset: the Reset comes standard on all models
The Google Home reset, is a step with far-reaching consequences: All connected devices must then connect again with the Google Home, for example, the lights, the washing machine or the TV. Also all the services you need to integrate again in the Google Home of music streaming services such as Spotify to VoD providers such as Amazon Video. So put the Google Home and Google Home Mini back:
- Google Home: As the Google Home has no Reset button at the Back, this works via the microphone Button on the rear panel of the device. Press and hold the microphone button for about 15 seconds. Then Google Home you says that now, the device is reset. This only takes a few seconds.
- Google Home Mini: On the back of the Google Mini is a small circle. This is directly under the socket for the charging cable (see picture) and into the Material stamped. Press and hold this button until the Google Home Mini confirms the Reset.
- After the Reset, you need to Google Home new set up and all devices and services associate.
- By the way: Both models can be set neither via voice command on the back. Only the listed options are possible.
