Google Drive: automatically synchronize files
- Your files are synchronized with Google Drive automatically on all your devices. This works of course only if the respective devices are also connected to the Internet.
- You can easily test by making a Change to a file and this Change then click the all devices check.

Google Drive: Only certain folders to sync
Not be synced to your Computer, all the files automatically, this may be in a folder that was excluded from the synchronization. So only certain folders to sync:
- Start Google Drive on your Computer and click on the Google Drive icon in the task bar.
- From there you can select the "properties" and activate the Option "Only some folders to this Computer".
- Below the Option, you can now select the folders to be synchronized.
- Then click on the Button "apply Changes" to save the settings.
Shared files synchronize
Other people shared files are not automatically synced to your Computer, since you are the owner. To enable automatic synchronization:
- Start Google Drive on your Computer and click on the Google Drive icon in the task bar.
- From there you can select the "properties" and click on the Link "shared with me, to call, to synchronize all of the shared content".
- You will then be redirected to the shared category of "For me" in the Browser Version of Google Drive.
- Here you can be released now, the files from the Folder "For me" in the folder "My storage" to copy. Then these files will be synchronized.
