In Google Chrome you can search directly from the address bar in the Internet. As the default search engine (Google) to change, we will show you in this practical tip.

Default search engine in Chrome change

  1. Click in Chrome top right of the three stacked bars to open the settings window.
  2. Then click on "settings".
  3. Are you looking for the point "search". Click on "manage search engines..." and select the entry "default search settings" in the search engine you want to use in the future (e.g., Bing or Yahoo search). Confirm with "Finish".
