Google informed on a Blog regularly with helpful News about the search engine. There, Google published some tips on how Google Authorship is properly used.
- An important note from the developers is that you want to enable Google Authorship for pages that actually contain the content of the linked authors.
- Avoid engaging them, therefore, Google Authorship is also, for example, on the home page of your blog, if the content of different authors are listed.

How to integrate Google Authorship correctly
- Log-in to the WordPressSoftware.
- Click in the menu bar on the left to "Design" and then select the "Editor".
- Now right click on "header (header.php)".
- Are you looking for in the Code after the "" Tag (see image).
- Directly in front of the "a "Tag, add the Code for Google Authorship. The Code you will find in the next paragraph.
