Glossybox-cancel subscription
Only if you submit your notice of cancellation 3 weeks before the end of the month, is this still for the same month in effect. You submit your notice later on, is this only for the coming month.
- Log in to Glossybox.de in your Account.
- Click the top right of the screen on the icon with the three circles and the Plus (see image).
- In the left column you will see the menu item "subscriptions". Here you will find all your subscriptions.
- Click to edit the cancel subscription Link.
- You will be redirected to another page where you must confirm your cancellation. You have done this, there is a safety query, if you want to do really. You should confirm this also.
- The Status of your subscriptions will now be displayed as "Cancelled". Glossy boxes which have been already paid, be delivered, otherwise the service is terminated.
