The Service Center is the first point of contact if you have any problem with your Germanwings flight or booking:
- You can reach the Service Center on 030 610 818 000, from Monday to Friday between 08.30 and 19.00, and on Saturdays from 10.00 to 14.00. On Sundays and holidays from 12.00 o'clock till 16.00 o'clock (local rate).
- You can send the Service Team your request by E-Mail. Email your requests simply to "servicecenter@germania.aero".
- Should you miss on your travel a piece of Luggage, you need to contact the Lost & Found Department.
- This is also at the local rate at 030 610 818 066 accessible. Alternatively, you can send an e-Mail to the Department: "lostandfound@germania.aero".
