Add-ons in Firefox and delete or disable
- The settings menu for the extensions you will find by clicking the links above on the orange Button "Firefox" and then on "Add-Ons". Alternatively, you can use the key combination [Ctrl]+[shift]+[A]. Note: In the new Firefox 29, you will find the menu item "Add-ons" by clicking the top right with the three horizontal "settings bar".
- You go to "extensions". Here you can see all currently installed Add-Ons of your Firefox browser.
- Behind each of three Buttons: "settings", "Disable" and "Remove".
- If you select "Disable" to turn off the Add-On. You can activate it again at any time.
- If you select "Remove" uninstalls the extension in fact, and disappears entirely from your Browser. Of course, you can install them later again.
- Restart your Browser, if you have made all the settings.
