Facebook account verify – how it works
The authenticity of your account, confirm it by adding your mobile phone number to your profile, and a verification Code request:
- To do this, open the settings of Facebook and go to the left to the menu item "Mobile" or "cell phone" (see Screenshot).
- Now, add your current cell phone number to the list. Please note that you can verify with a number, only an Account.
- You may need to specify before your country and operator of your mobile phone. This works via the Button "Activate Text Messaging" or "SMS enable".
- Now click behind the added number to "Verify" or "Confirm". Facebook sends you a Code by SMS.
- Enter the Code in the box provided and press "Confirm".
