Eventim map return: ticket insurance in case of illness
As well as the traditional ticket counter, you can complete at Eventim a ticket insurance.
- In the case of illness, accident, pregnancy, broken pipe, and a short-term move, you can give the Tickets to a previously closed ticket insurance back. You must enclose various documents (e.g. medical certificate) and then get refunded the entrance money.
- The ticket insurance currently costs EUR 3.50 per Ticket.
- To order, you can process the insurance during the purchase at Eventim. There, you will be asked if you want to complete the ticket insurance.
