Esprit-shipment, send back - so go ahead
- Your Esprit programme is always enclosed a return slip. You put the goods in the Original order, a carton or other carton.
- Mark on the return slip if the return is a "return" or "complaint".
- Cut the bottom of the shipping slip with a pair of scissors and stick it on the carton. The rest of the return slip in the box.
- You can submit your return free of charge in any DHL office, parcel shop or in a packet station. In a Hermes parcel shop (or a parcel box) you can send the shipment back.
- For the return shipment, you have 14 days.
