The catalog will no longer receive a call in the EMPHotline.
- Provide, if available, your customer number. You have ordered so far nothing in the EMP required of the employees of the Hotline your name and address, to stop the catalog shipping.
- Under 0591-914 310 you can reach customer service from Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 20.00 hours.
- On Saturdays, you can reach the EMP Crew from 10.00 - 18.00 and Sundays from 11.00 - 19.00.
- On holidays, the Hotline is not staffed.

You want to unsubscribe from the Catalogue delivery in writing, you have the following options:
- Send a Mail to mailbox@emp.de or you can use the contact form on the Homepage.
- A letter addressed to E. M. P. Merchandising Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Postfach, 49801 Lingen.
- Use this short text sample, and you replace XX with your personal information: dear ladies and gentlemen, in the future, I would like to receive your catalog. Please leave this Information in your System. My customer number. XX. yours Sincerely, XX. is
- You have not ordered yet in the case of EMP, and therefore, no customer number, use this version: dear ladies and gentlemen, in the future, I would like to receive your catalog. Please leave this Information in your System. My address is XX. yours Sincerely, XX.
- Instead of a letter, you can send a Fax to the number 05 91 - 9 14 320 .
