Signature in Outlook, paste - how to
In Outlook you can create a so-called "free-hand signature" you can create, and the directly in the program:
- You compose a new message and click in the input field.
- You start the "free-hand input". You can find this on the far right under "free hand".
- Sign then keeping the mouse button pressed. If you have a touch screen, you can directly with your Finger or a special pen to sign.

So you are in Thunderbird and GMX your signature to the E-Mail folders, you need to make a small detour to take:
- Download the free image editing tool "GIMP" to download and install it.
- Start GIMP and create a new file.
- Then open the advanced settings and select the filling of "transparency".
- Draw now as for Outlook, your signature either with the mouse, your Finger or a stylus.
- Then save the image as .png-file via "file" > "Export".

- Click on the image icon, the previously created signature as an image to insert it.

Also in Thunderbird you can insert your own created signature:
- Go to the account settings of your Email account. You right-click on the account name, and finally click on "account settings".
- You set the hook "Instead of a file as a signature append (Text, HTML, or graphics)".
- Then click "Browse" and locate the image with your signature.
- This will then appear on every E-Mail, the mail of the account you are currently editing.
