eBay: images cannot be uploaded – you should be aware of
- The image file must not be larger than 7 MB. Should this be the case, you need to with a image-editing program to adjust.
- The Format of the image may only be a Common picture Format, such as, for example, "JPEG", "BMP", "GIF", "TIFF" or "PNG".
- The longest side of your image must be at least 500 pixels, and ideally 1600 pixels in size. Zoom in on smaller images but not the ideal value.
- You refuse to labels, and borders directly on the image. Labels you can attach so that you will not interfere, for example, at the bottom of the image.
- Try to delete the Cache of your browser. We show how to do this in Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer goes.
