1. Step: contact the dealer
An article differs from the Ebay description or was not supplied the product once, you should get a refund for the order immediately to the shipper:
- First, with the dealer contact through the "report a Problem" on. In some cases, a Problem can be solved. For example, if you want to send back the article and refund your choice (see picture).
- Thus, the claim under the Ebay buyer protection is expiring, you must file a claim within 45 days from the payment date.
- The dealer logs in, normally within 48 hours. The problem should take solution for longer than 10 days, you can pass directly to Ebay: "the case to eBay customer service".

2. Case to the Ebay customer service passed
- You are forwarding the complaint to the customer service, you need to also observe a period of time: you should not wait longer than 30 days, otherwise the Support might deny your request.
- Within 48 hours, Ebay will review your request and be refunded in case of not supplied or from the product different articles of the purchase price.
- The article of the description differs, you will receive from the dealer, or the Ebay Support a return-ticket.
