DocMorris: cancel order - how it works
You have placed in the Online pharmacy DocMorris a purchase order, you can cancel this again. What you need to note, however, we have summarized in this practical tip.
Order at DocMorris cancel
- To cancel your order at DocMorris, you have the statutory cancellation period of 14 days.
- The time runs from the Moment the goods have been accepted. Reasons for return do not need to specify. The return shipment is free of charge.
- Contact for the cancellation of the free Service number 0800 - 480 8000, so you get the return label sent to you. You have not received the order yet, please contact as soon as possible to the Service Hotline.
- Alternatively, send an E-Mail to service@docmorris.de.
- In addition, you can also a withdrawal form download and as an attachment by E-Mail to the mail-order pharmacy send.
