DHL Status does not change - what you can do
- Sometimes, it may help the cache of your browser to empty. Go into your browser settings and empty the Cache. Open the website of DHL and give them your tracking number again. Check whether you will now see a changed status message.
- In individual cases, it may happen that the Status changes over several days. This may be, for example, the recipient address is incorrect or was incomplete.
- You are the Shipper of the package, you can contact the DHL customer service phone number 0228/28 60 98 98. You have shipped your package as Express, call the 0228/ 43 33 112 . For international shipping you can reach the Hotline at 0180/ 63 45 30 03.
- You keep the tracking number and the recipient's address ready to hand. Most of the staff has more information and can tell you why the Status changes.
- Your shipment is more than 6 days late, you can request an investigation. If you are the package recipient, you need to be to the shipper. This can then ask DHL, because the receiver will not receive any information from the parcel service.
