Terms and conditions of the tariff change at Congstar
- You can change the Tariff within the various Congstar All-Net-Flat-groups S, M and L at any time on a monthly basis.
- Through the exchange there is no additional cost to you. It is perfectly indifferent, whether you Upgrade or a Downgrade.
- The duration of the contract will remain of your change of tariff unaffected. You will not be extended in case of a change automatically.

Four steps to the Congstar tariff switch
- First of all, log in under "my congstar" in.
- Under the menu item "My products" you will find their tariffs. There you select the Tariff you want to switch to, and click on the "edit"Button.
- Then you choose the Option "Tariff switch" and search for the rate suitable for you.
- Your decision to Express you select with a click on the Button "Collective". So you have changed your Congstar Tariff. Until the new Tariff is activated, it can take a few hours to a few days.
