Congstar: data volume on Android, and iOS queries
Congstar offers its own Apps for Android and iOS, on your volume of data to query.
- Download the App "my congstar" for Android or iOS , download and install it on your Smartphone.
- Be sure that you are in a Wi-Fi, but via its Congstar SIM card to surf the Internet. Also, disable any VPN Apps, as well as the data compression in your Browser.
- Open the newly installed App on your Smartphone and log in with your username or your customer number, your password, and your Congstar number.
- On the home page, you can now see your used data volume for the current month, the rest of the time, and the remaining volume.
- Alternatively, you can use your mobile Browser to the website pass.telekom.de access to your remaining data volume to check.
- Note that the display is displaced both in the App and on the website of the time and sometimes only after a few hours is updated.
