C-Date terminate, quickly and easily
- You have the subscription after the 1. October 2016, may terminate completed it is much easier. According to the law, a notice of cancellation by Mail is possible.
- Simply send us an email with your request to terminate to lena.herbst@c-date.com. You have completed the subscription before that, you need to follow, unfortunately, the slightly more complex instructions in the next paragraph.

Membership at C-Date, to terminate
You must pay attention to the notice period. The subscription is not extended automatically, unless you cancel at least 14 days prior to the end of the term of the contract. Partially (depending on the subscription model) is the period of notice, even at 4 weeks.
- Open the website C-Date and log in if necessary in your Account.
- Click above on the category "My profile" and select "properties".
