Blogger to Wordpress move

To be able to move from Blogger to Wordpress, you need to consider some points. We will show you how you have to proceed for it.

First, we will explain to you how you WordPress on your new Webspace can install:

Download the latest WordPress Version.
Unzip the archive to your PC and copy the unzipped files and folder to your Webspace.
You then call up your site in the Browser and start with Installation of WordPress.
To do this, you need to enter your MySQL-data, so as to have a connection to your MySQL-Server.
Then, you must also enter a user name, password and E-mail address and the Installation of WordPress is done.

Thanks to the built-in import function you can move all your Blogger posts to WordPress:

Log in to your WordPress Blog as an Administrator and switch to the administration interface.
On the left, click "tools" and select import "data".
At the top, click "Blogger".
Select the bottom-left of "Install" to install the Importer.
The plug-in to authorize, click on "Authorise".
Then connect the Importer with your Google account and allow access to the Account.
Then, you get an Overview of your Blogger Blogs. Find the Blog you want to import and click on the "Import"Button.
The current progress is indicated by the bar under "Posts". Then, you can specify with a click on "Set Authors" the authors of the respective contributions. After you have transferred all the posts from Blogger on your WordPress Blog.
