Babbel-cancel subscription: notice period note
In the case of Babbel.com your subscription will be renewed automatically unless you cancel it in time. In principle, the following applies: you can cancel at any time.
- Submit the notice of termination before the next payment/direct debit to stop the automatic renewal. A couple of days in advance, because sometimes the editing could be added in time.

Unlike other contracts, you do not need to cancel your Babbel subscription on the classic written way this works online 3 different ways:
- By Mail: simply Send a short eMail with your termination request to sales@de.babbel.com. To give you some of your personal data and the order number.
- About the contact form: If you Babbel.com logged in, go to "help" and select "contact" from. Here you can fill in the contact form and a form to insert a letter without notice.
- In the App: If you use the App, you can send your notice under "Support".
Babbel subscription from the Apple App Store cancel
You have completed your Babbel subscription in the App Store (Apple), you will have to cancel this again here:

- Then select the Option "view Account" and go to "subscriptions" > "Manage" your Babbel subscription.

Google Play Store: Babbel-cancel subscription
If you have completed your Babbel subscription in the Google Play Store, proceed as follows:
- First of all, you need to log in to the Google Play Store.
- Under "My Apps" > "subscriptions", you will find the completed Babbel subscription.
