Arcor-user-name forgotten
If you have forgotten your user name, you can use this either via the Vodafone customer service experience (Arcor is now Vodafone). Or, proceed as follows:
- Open the Website of Arcor.
- You can wear in the login-box for the Online user name of your account account number and password. Then click "Login". Your billing account number can be found on the letter with your access data. You should have at the conclusion of the contract get.
- In the next step, you receive an error message. Your billing account number was, however, replaced by your user name. So you can now log in successfully.

You need a new password, because you have the original to forget it, follow these steps:
- Open the Website of Arcor.
- Enter your user name and any password such as "123" and click on "Login".
- The Login is failed now, click on the red Link "forgot your password?".
- Depending on the settings in your Account are now displayed one of the following four options: New password using an alternative Email address | password sent by Post | password with password question reset | password by phone request
- Select the appropriate Option and follow the instructions.
