Currently, a supposed Amazon E-Mails are in circulation. The subject proclaims: "your account has been locked!" This is a fake Amazon message. We show what you should do when you get the Mail.

Amazon: your account has been locked! - what to do?

To reactivate the E-Mail consists of only the above-mentioned subject, and the prompt "To your account, please click here!" (see picture).
  • Delete the email immediately and click not on the Link leading to the page amazon.verifizierung.com . Amazon points out that real Amazon Links are always structured as follows: xyz.amazon.de.
  • Behind the Link could hide from the Phishing attempt, the taps on your Amazon Account, to malicious software, everything.
  • Also if the sender "info@amazon.de" looks real, the message was a Fake Mail.
