Amazon: Own the customer number to find out
In almost every Online Shop you have a personal customer number. At Amazon however, this is a little different. Here you do not have classic customer number, but only a unique URL combination for your Account. Via this customer number, you can find other Amazon users and their read reviews.
- Open the Amazon website and log in with your Account-data.
- In the top right click on "My account" and in the section "Community" on the "My public profile".
- Your customer number can be found behind the section of "profiles" in the URL. It consists of several Numbers and letters.
- For example, if your Amazon URL "https://www.amazon.de/gp/profile/EJPOKL15LOP0" if you look at your public profile, your customer number "EJPOKL15LOP0".

Alternatively: order number in Amazon to find
In addition to the above-mentioned customer number, there are so-called order numbers on Amazon. You need, among other things, for Support requests and complaints. They can be found in your order summary.
- Open the Amazon website in your Browser, and log in with your Account-data.
- In the top right-click on the entry "My account".
- Then you choose the entry "My orders". There is a list of all of your purchases at Amazon opens.
- You can search for the desired product, you will find to the right of the appropriate entry of the order number.
