Windows Phone reset factory settings
A Reset is for example necessary if the password for the lock screen of your smartphone forget. Before you decide, however, to take this step, you should be aware of that, then really all of your data, Apps and everything you have saved otherwise, are irrevocably lost.
- You go in the "application list".
- Select the "settings".
- Then, choose the sub menu "Info".
- Then tap on "phone back".
- Then, Microsoft will send you two warnings that you need to confirm with "Yes".
- Depending on cases, it may take a Moment, to your Windows Phone back to its factory state.
